GLAM COUTURE offers this really nice outfit in the Lucky Chair area of The Fashion District of the Tampa Bay sim. I happened to see one of the models from The Fashion District of Tampa Bay wearing the Glitter Dress in Brown when I was visiting Glam Couture one day and then searched all the vendors in the store in an attempt to find the dress and purchase it. I could not locate the dress and came to realize that it was only being offered by Glam Couture through the Lucky Chair system that is popular at the Tampa Bay sim. This dress is just typical of the quality of items that can be found in the Lucky Chairs in this area.
